Victory Pickleball Series is led by individuals who understand tournament play — not just from an operational standpoint, but from the competitor’s perspective.
The people behind Victory.
Leaders who have experienced tournament play from every side — player, organizer, partner.
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Kevin has spent more than three decades helping organizations improve performance through leadership, innovation, and customer-focused strategy. Throughout his career, he has advised executives, served on boards, launched new businesses, and guided organizations through meaningful growth by keeping one principle at the center of every decision: understanding the customer.
That same philosophy now shapes PB Time.
As President, Kevin combines his business background with a deep passion for pickleball to create tournaments designed around the player experience. After directing some of Indiana’s largest pickleball events and contributing to the development of numerous technology platforms and products, he founded PB Time with a simple goal—to build a tournament platform that serves players first.
Whether competing on the court or leading the company’s strategic direction, Kevin remains focused on creating experiences that players look forward to returning to.
CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER
Steve Cage has dedicated his career to building businesses, investing in people, and creating organizations with lasting impact. As founder of Stratosphere Quality, he grew the company from a startup into an international business employing thousands before successfully exiting the company. Today, he continues to invest in entrepreneurs, real estate, and ventures that strengthen both business and community.
A lifelong advocate for athletics and entrepreneurship, Steve is also the founder of Cage Campus, an innovative facility that brings together business collaboration and pickleball under one roof. His passion for the sport extends beyond competition through investments and leadership across multiple organizations helping shape pickleball’s future.
At PB Time, Steve provides strategic guidance drawn from decades of experience scaling organizations and building strong teams. His commitment to operational excellence, long-term thinking, and continuous improvement helps ensure PB Time remains focused on delivering value to players, partners, and tournament directors alike.
MAR-TECH DIRECTOR
Miranda brings together creativity, education, technology, and marketing to ensure every interaction with PB Time reflects the company’s commitment to its players. Before joining the business world, she served as a K-12 educator, where she developed a strong appreciation for thoughtful communication, organization, and designing experiences that meet people where they are.
Today, she applies those same principles across PB Time’s marketing, branding, technology, and player communications. From digital platforms to tournament materials and customer engagement, Miranda approaches every detail with one question: “How can we make this better for the player?”
An accomplished artist and creative professional, Miranda believes exceptional experiences are built through hundreds of thoughtful decisions—many of which players never notice, but always appreciate.
Not just operationally — competitively.
Player feedback drives improvement.
For the experience, end to end.
